Ebenezer is committed to being a holistic ministry, ministering to the Spiritual, Intellectual, Emotional and Physical needs of its believers and the Greater Rahway community. The ministry of Ebenezer is supported by Seven Commissions and over 30 ministries, which support the four pillars of the New Testament Church found in Acts 2: 42-47 (Teaching, Fellowship, Worship and Prayer).

assists in getting the membership of the local church involved in spiritual and political areas of the connectional AME Church. They are responsible for sharing information about the rules, regulations and duties of the members, officers and the pastor of each local church.
Assist with hospitality in the local church and beyond. They greeting visitors and members, prepare care packages for visitors, send bulletins to the sick or shut-in and Birthday Cards to members.

The Garden of Eden was the most beautiful place on earth. This ministry works to make the church and it’s properties a beautiful place.
Committed to the serving persons in their time of bereavement. This ministry prepares food and host families during homegoing repasts and special events.
Does the outreach ministry of the church. They are committed to the work of missions locally, regionally, nationally and abroad. Men may join as associate members of the society

Small group classes that meet at 9:00am on Sunday morning. Open to children and adults.
Study biblical subjects on a weekly basis with Pastor. Bible Study takes place on Saturday morning’s at 9am
Study women related subjects based on the bible with Sis. Pamela Parker McGee. Women’s Bible Study takes place on the first Saturday of each month at 9:30am
During the School year and over the summer we offer FREE academic assistance to local youth.
The Son’s of Allen Sponsors a mentoring program for young men, that includes a rites of passage for 9thand 10th graders.
Ministers and supports the needs of the women in the church. The ministry meets as scheduled.
Ministers and supports the men of the church. The ministry meets periodically throughout the year and supports activities such as Men’s Day and a youth mentoring program
