Ebenezer AME Church is blessed to have gifted and anointed leaders from the Episcopacy down.
As a member of the First Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Ebenezer serves under the leadership of Bishop Julius Harrison McAllister, Sr.; and as a member of the New Brunswick Presiding Elder District of the New Jersey Annual Conference, Ebenezer is under the leadership of Presiding Elder Vernard Leak.
In terms of local congregational leadership, Ebenezer is led by God under the direction of our Pastor, the Reverend Dr. Marti Robinson, Esq., D.Min and is supported by the Ministerial Staff and the Official Board.
The Official Board is composed of all class leaders, exhorters, deaconesses, stewards, trustees, stewardesses and presidents of all organizations of a church including the president of the Lay Organization. The Official board should meet at least once per month; local preachers are regarded as honorary members of the board and are required to visit the meetings regularly.
